Babies as young as six months learning to roll onto their backs and float – it's incredible to watch 🏊
ISR with Sofiia teaches survival swim skills to kids ages 6 months to 6 years, founded by Sofiia Filatova – a former national champion swimmer and Division I athlete at the University of Kansas. ISR lessons are one-on-one, 10 minutes a day, five days a week for about six weeks, building real water safety skills step by step. Traditional private lessons for ages 3+ are offered too, with instructor Shawn Lynn-Bequette adding 33+ years of competitive swim coaching to the team.
