Cristine Sundquist: Member Spotlight
Think Kansas is flat and uninteresting? Cristine Sundquist's paintings beg to differ 🎨
The Blue Springs fine artist paints nearly every day, chasing that moment when the light is just right across the Kansas Flint Hills – a landscape she paints specifically to challenge the idea that there's nothing to see here. Her original oils also wander into the mountains, which she calls elusive, complicated, and mysterious. Beyond the canvas, Cristine teaches one-on-one drawing and painting lessons, classes, and workshops, and her work is available directly through her website.
